The house consists of two large wings joined at a right angle by the patio outside and by an indoor hallway with picture windows and a sloped exposed-beam ceiling.  This private wing contains all three bedrooms and both bathrooms, thus ensuring independence and sound isolation from the living/dining room and kitchen.
